Kermit's Certified Transmission & Auto is the BEST!!! I have a 2000 Astro VAN for work and was having problems with the Transmission. I live in Prescott AZ, and was driving back from Bullhead City when my transmission went out. I googled transmission services in Kingman, and came up upon Kermits web site. Nice looking web site. I called them in and they said bring it on down. I got it down there and the Mechanic I forgot his name took a look at it! (AT this time it was 5 and they close at 5:30) Sorry to forget your name, but he fixed the problem within 30 minutes. There was still a slight problem with my transmission. (they had it fixed enough so that I can get home) But then Kermit the owner shows up at 5 30 closing time. He takes a look underneath and pulls some wires from the bottom of my transmissions replaces some parts looks over some other parts, takes it for a test drive comes back and tells me im ready to drive home. I was impressed at the speed and services that Kermit and his crew provided. I told him about YELP and told him I would submit my comments about the great job they did. I will drive 150 miles now for Kermits to service my transmissions on all my vehicles and will recommend family and friends to do the same.
